I wrote a review in June of 2012 on yelp. It has disappeared. I feel its important to warn the public about Martha's. I went with hair down my back in perfect condition. By the time it was time to wash my hair,it had fallen out in large clumps in the shower . I am not a lover of hair,but this was tramic because it caused me to think I was ill. I scheduled several doctors appoints only to come to the conclusion that my hair was burned and weakened and snapped off during the shampoo process. It happened to one of my co-workers as well. We both ended up getting hair cuts we did not intend to get. They dont take the time to guage how much heat it takes for each individual. ...read more
