I went to send my mom a nice arrangement on Valentines day because my father is deceased. Placed my $180 order and somehow the delivery date got changed to 2/12 instead of 2/14. I called the number on the site within minutes of placing my order and got Debbie and was informed that: 1. I really didn't place my order with Debbie- I placed it with Telenova2. She didn't have the vase nor could she guarantee she had the flowers that I ordered- which were roses...3. She had no way to email me pictures of what she DID have in stock and what she would substitute instead 4. She had no way to email me confirmation that the delivery date was changed5. She had no way to email me that the order would be canceled I would need to get in touch with Telenova for the above...6. She hung up on me and when I called back I said "I think I was just hung up on- was that you or someone else?" She replied- "It was me I was done with the conversation."I am floored by this experience. ...read more
