I had problems with getting my car repair due to a recall so I never got my car repaired. I had my car reposessed by 3 state towing recovery. My problem with them is that they didn't let me get my belongs out of the car. 3 state towing claim the car was towed to their lot (8am) that morning around 2:00pm the car was still being pulled around on their truck. I didn't know who got the car because they didn't leave a phone number to contact them. Now, that I have found 3 state towing they want to charge me $45.00 to get my things out the car. ...read more

This company was in the process of recovering a car parked near my car in an apartment complex. In the process of the repossession venture, their tow truck cut into the bumper of my car and left the scene of the accident. The person in charge named Linda promised to fix my car but after a month of her not contacting me I got my insurance involved. She still to my knowledge refuses to give my insurance company her insurance information so we're still left wondering if this company even has legal or proper insurance coverage to operate a recovery tow service. ...read more
