They have children running around that are not accompanied by adults. The property managers kids included which were being unsupervised in the leasing office. There very rude when you want to talk to the management or office people. They never want to make time for people that have concerns. The property manager is very rude and does not keep appointments. The workers slam doors when you come in to talk to them about leasing a new apartment or bigger apartment. ...read more

Stayed here for last year at the University of Memphis Law School - wished I would of knew about this place earlier, I saved a bunch of money and only a block from UofM.
