In order to determine if they would help me sell my home, they wanted to know what I did for a living and how much money I made. I told them I wanted more information about them first, like a list of houses they had sold in the area. They refused to give it to me. I found another realtor who treated me professionally and sold my house in 2 weeks. ...read more

They have children running around that are not accompanied by adults. The property managers kids included which were being unsupervised in the leasing office. There very rude when you want to talk to the management or office people. They never want to make time for people that have concerns. The property manager is very rude and does not keep appointments. The workers slam doors when you come in to talk to them about leasing a new apartment or bigger apartment. ...read more

What You Need To Know About Real Estate Investing

Many people think investing in real estate is really wise today. It's essential to know what to do if you want to be a successful real estate investor. The following paragraphs are going to fill your mind with good ideas you can apply towards your success -https://www.whynewsmatters.org/we-buy-houses-near-me-how-to-sell-your-house-fast/ Have a professional inspect real estate before you buy it. Sellers may even cover the inspection costs, but always choose an independent inspector. You will want to get a full report on this matter from a neutral professional. Always be on time when you set up a meeting with a potential client. This will indicate that you mean business and will show no disrespect to your potential customer. Coming to a meeting late shows that you are unorganized and do not care about your customers, which will cause you to lose them. Listen during a negotiation instead of talking. If you try to dominate the negotiation right out of the gate, they know everything and can actually end up bidding you higher than they would have accepted to begin with. When listening, you can catch the right moment you need for that desired price. Be wary of any prospective tenant who tries to negotiate the rent. While he or she may just be a savvy businessperson, they could also be in a financial bind. Ask a few more questions and be careful about signing a contract with them. You may find yourself constantly fighting to get your monthly payment on time. A fixer-upper may be cheap, but think about how much you have to renovate to bring it up in value. If the property only needs cosmetic upgrades, it may be a good investment. However, major structural problems can very costly to fix. In the long-run, it may not give you a good return on your investment. Beginning the process of investing in real estate has the potential to be very profitable, but sound information is critical. You have just learned what to do. This information will help you start a successful career as a real estate investor. ...read more
