Called Customer Service, waited for 25 minutes 38 seconds for live person to tell me I was wrong and I did not know what I was talking about. Then transferred twice to another customer service, "who could help me" and was dropped twice. After fourth time I got another l ive person who also assured me that I was wrong..........first time and last time Comp Cam customer.
