I got my eye glasses from this place and less than a month later, the arms on the glasses have broken (both of them). I've tried calling the store, only to receive an automated message saying that this number is no longer in service. Does that mean that they've closed their doors, or that they didn't pay their phone bill. I want to go there, but I live a long way from there, and don't want to waste time or gas if they're no longer open. I heard from the doctor that she bought this business from someone else who had it for a long time prior to her. I used to go to the other doctor (Mark) and I loved him. Hope they didn't go out of business already, but if so, now I'll have to pay someone else to repair my glasses, which I need daily. WHAT A BUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!! ...read more

My family and I have been customers for several years - at least until today. I've experienced several customer service issues during that time, but none like the most recent one. The receptionist is an awful mess!!! When I mentioned that my family gets the eye exams done at Sears and that we come here for our purchases (glasses and contacts) she asked/told me "..why don't you do everything at Sears then?" That was the last straw! Aside from my insurance information being read wrong "Every Single Time" (except for when Dr. Gray's son assists us) and the less than professional service, I continued to go there just to support a black owned business, but I will no longer subject myself or my family to it. I will do exactly as the unknowledgeable, unprofessional, partially illiterate receptionist suggested and take my business elsewhere! The customer service was never really that great unless I was directly dealing with Dr. Gray or his son. Absolutely terrible. Over staffed with incompetent idiots who don't honor your contract and give you the run-around. One receptionist shooed me and tried to make me sit in the corner like a child. Even after I called corporate they still gave me the run-around and an attitude. I've lost money, time, and piece of mind.
