I would rate this merchant a minus number if I could. After 20 something years I changed to your company on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2015. The young man who installed the system was 1 1/2 hours late and at 8:30pm left and told us HE would be Back Monday Aug 22, 2015 to complete the job. Today is Aug 24, 2015 and would call. As of today, Aug 25, 2015 he has not called or completed the job. I'e called the Toll Free number and was told it would be Sept. 23, 2015 before he can return. This is unacceptable. since they will want their money before that date and I had to pay the first payment up front. I'm still holding on the telephone after now speaking to 2 individuals. As I stated to them my right of recession is up tomorrow, August 26, 2015 at midnight. If this can not be corrected by Wednesday, Aug, 26, 2015 before 4:00 pm I will cancel and expect a full refund of my downpayment and first payment. Julia, Germantown, TN ...read more
