My child was seen by this therapist for almost a year, this was my experience and my own opinion. When I had to cancel an appointment because I could not afford the out of pocket expense I was charged $65, then when I requested a diagnosis from the therapist it took over 2 months to even be contacted back. I called 6 times sent 3 emails and finally got a response back. After her saying she mailed me a diagnosis she wanted to charge my credit card that they had stored on file another $65. I was never told there would be a $65 fee to get a paper that stated what she diagnosed my child with. She was quick to inform me that this fee was for her "time". I have never had a doctor charge me, especially $65 to give me a written diagnosis.. To me, this seems very unprofessional. Also, I was never given information or tips on how to help my child and saw no improvement on behavior issues. I will not be recommending this office. ...read more

If you ever have a problem and need to talk to your case worker you might as well hang it up. I have left 2 messages a day for 5 days and no return call. Left 2 messages yesterday and today with supervisor, still no response!!!! ...read more
