Fort Sanders West Outpatient Surgery Center

My daughter was at the facility when severe storms hit on April 28. They were under a tornado warning and severe hail was falling, causing the plexiglass roof to fail, causing the hail to fall INDOORS. The staff called a manager, who told them to do ""business as usual"", despite the arguments of the staff. Not even a directive to take shelter!!! I couldnt believe that Fort Sanders had such disregard for the safety of clients and staff, and would put profits above human life. Well I'm pretty happy w/ what doc hoyt does for me. Know he doesn't write a whole lot of the short term meds but it's nothing to complain about! He does try to make it up in extended release meds. If I have a bad month he has yet to tweek my meds to help it!! The staff, to me, is great. An doc hoyt does seem to really try w/ in his limits to help me stay out of pain. ...read more

I have severe failed back surgery syndrome with lots of pain that is ruining my life. These folks do not care. The Dr. hates narcotics yet he prescribes them so he can get peoples cash. Plus he prescribes the bare minimum. I know someone who goes there for pain but he survives because his wife goes to a real pain clinic and she has just enough to share. The place, especially the "pain" doctor is in major need of sensitivity training and knowledge of pain. Jonnyburrls ...read more
