Had lunch had pellissippi Calhouns location and the service was terrible! My husband and I are regular customers but I doubt I will go back there after this experience! The server rushed us to order and I asked the server to changed my order immediately when she went back. That obviously made her angry at my husband and I as she never came back to our table to refill our waters or check on our food since someone else brought it out! She would walk by and check on the other tables and just stare at us like we made her day so terrible. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location! ...read more

I recently was in Peigon Forge ,Tennessee at your restaurant.We arrived and was told our wait would be 45-1hour for our wait for a party of 9.We sat there watching several party being seated.At one point we went back to ask how much longer it would be until we where seated.The person at the desk stated it would be only a little longer,they would have to clean our table.They sat serval more parties.By this time we where way pasted the time promised and I understand it is a guesstimate when they tell you a time.We where finally seated and where given a waiter that had already been there all night and was not to happy to see us.I think you need to get it together and hire more staff and that store could use some classes on how to be hospitalble. I ordered carside pick up. First off the website said.something different then what the staff said. The menu online states the kids ribs comes with slaw and a side, when I called the store to.FIX the order because somehow it got screwed up I was then informed that the kids ribs do not come with slaw, even though the website said it does. Second, I called to make sure that the bread was included and was asked for how.many people, and I was assured.it would be in there. When I received my order, all of the food was mixed up. The sides were with the wrong entrees and hot was bagged with cold.in a small bag. And SURPRISE, no bread to be found. So I drove back to get the bread. When I get home which is only 5 minutes away, my food was stone cold. And when I got into the bread, the bag was filled with crushed corn bread muffins, not.even the mix of bread that is normally given. I mean, I couldn't grab a muffin without it falling apart and crumbling in my hand. My children had to eat cold food and didn't even finish because.they couldn't stomach it! The ribs were dry and burned, the fries were cold and soggy...I mean a HUGE disappointment! Don't think I'll be back to the Bearden location in Knoxville. I would love to try other locations, just don't think I want to waste my.money....a big thumbs down. ...read more
