I would recommend this company to any one who has a problem with their air conditioning or heat. The guy they sent was very clean cut and on time. He was able to fix my furnace in one trip and the bill seemed less than I expected it to be. I was referred to Southern Service by a friend who had used them before. She said they had a company come out and quoted them for a new unit because it could not be repaired. For a second opinion, she had Southern Service come out and they were able to repair the unit and saved her probably a couple thousand bucks.
