I read the review of others before purchasing living room furniture. They were not too favorable. I confronted the people of Fowlers before purchase and they assured me that all problems were in the past and taken care of. I trusted them and bought a leather loveseat and recliner. They said that they were in stock in Athens and would be delivered in two weeks. Three weeks later we called them and were told that it had to come from the manufacturer. They are bad not to return calls as they say. After two more weeks we called again and were told it would be delivered in tow days. On the day of delivery they didn't show at the time they told us. I called them and threatened to cancel the order and they said it was on the way (about two hours). 5-6 hours later the driver called for directions and said he could be here in 30 minutes. This was an unnecessary hassle to deal with. They have a problem with lying instead of telling the truth. Do not pay before delivery and beware. ...read more
