We are people who have used this place for 6 years for the Bristol Race in the spring. We have waited for 5 years to get the night race in August and had contacted them in the early spring and they confirmed that they had a place for us. We TRIED to contact them during the summer and everyday for 3 weeks prior to the August race. We could only get the answering service with NO REPSONSE FROM THEM. This cost us the race because it was too late to find a place to stay. We would not recommend them to anyone! We know that we are not corporate people but if they had contacted us to let us know that they didn't have space then maybe we would have been able to find a place to stay for the race. THERE RATING SHOULD BE NO STARS. Common sense should have prevailed and a phone call would have been appreciated. Unitl this year we would have given them a 10 star rating but something has really happened in the last year. ...read more
