I'm not real happy with this branch. First, there were typos on my printed prescription, which would have made it wrong for another vendor to use. (This also happened to a friend, who got the wrong lenses because of it.) Second, they called me in today to pick up my glasses; but my glasses were not there. And third, they insist I cede my old frames when I implement the paid protection plan. The legalese of the warranty says this is at the "store's discretion." But other branches--Johnson CIty, TN and Newington, NH--let me keep my old glasses as back-ups or to convert to sunglasses. The other branches never asked for the old frames to be returned ... so they can, presumably re-sell them. ...read more
