this is an amzing little stop in for lunch or on the go deli! the owner and workers are so frinedly and the food is amazing and affordalbe. the deli is always clean and neat! there is such a variety of mixes and spices that you can pick up here as well. this is the perfect place to pick up a teachers gift or co workersgift on the way to work or just to grab a cup of amazing flavored coffee on the go! highly recommended!! ...read more

i have been introduced to the korner copia deli this past december, and it has become my new favorite place to stop and eat! the owner and workers n the korner are so freindly. this place is perfect for meting frineds for lunch or throwing a surprise birthdayparty for a small group of people. there is a good variety of food to choose from and the food served taste amazing and is very afordable! highly recommended! ...read more

Korner-Copia welcomes executive chef Jason Hall! He brings a new twist to the Korner. As of September 6th, 2011 Korner-Copia now offers full lunch and dinner menu's! Due to the overwhelming customer requests, Korner-Copia has re-designed to be a full service, lunch and dinner restaurant. Being in Downtown Kingsport and listening to our customers has taught us that Kingsport is not only ready but desiring added night time food options and entertainment. There are already several wonderful options that we all enjoy, yet we want to offer even more options to those who enjoy Downtown living and play, so we are answering the call! Don’t worry! We are still your Downtown Delicatessen with high quality lunch meats, cheeses and a great lunch menu that includes our gourmet toppings salad and soup bar. We still have Amish, Bulk and Gourmet groceries. Yes we still cater. Yes we still deliver for free within 2 miles of downtown. Yes, we will still have The Evening Mezzanine on Thursday and Friday nights until 11pm.Yes, we are still a BYOB establishment. Yes, the mezzanine is still a great available party room. Do you love the smell of Fresh Baked Bread?
Korner-Copia is gearing up for some great changes this month. We are opening a 30+ seating capacity dinning room and adding breakfast menu items and expanding our grocery offerings. We will now have the capability to offer REAL Brookyln bagels. These will come to us, from Brooklyn, par-baked and we will finish baking them. This means that you can now get a real fresh bagel, (that has gone through the water portion of the bagel baking process and the water process is what makes a N.Y. bagel, a N.Y. bagel.) right here in Kingsport TN! We will be offering shmears to go with the bagels, as well as Lox and Bagels. We will be changing our lunch menu a little also, don't worry, we will still have all your favorits such as the Eastman, the Domtar and so forth, but now you will get to choose your own bread as part of the ordering process and this can include a bagel. We will also be starting to bake breads by the loaf. Breads such as Pumpernickle, Seeded Rye, Italian, Bagetts, Sourdough and more. These too will be fresh baked and price range will be from $4.75 to $7.00 a loaf. We also now offer a glutin free lunch option. We carry Sandwich Petels, which are gluten free wraps and you can even choose a flavor such as spinach, Agave grain and others.
