I have always been a supporter of smaller businesses. However, if you don’t have good customer service, what’s the point. Especially for the money a person spends at a day spa. I was given an hour long facial as a gift from my bridal shower, I’ve never had one before and was excited. However, for me to even make an appointment, I had to call 3 days in a row (2 times a day) to even get someone to answer the phones. They have no receptionist. When I finally made an appointment, I arrived on time. A woman offered me something to drink, which was nice. But then I sat there and waited for 35 min. before the woman came to get me for my facial. She was aloof and took me to a back room. She told me that she would be right back and she would let me do what I needed. I have never had a facial, I didn’t know what she meant.
