Prior to the Internet's availability, finding out about a business wasn't always easy. When I spend from several hundred to several thousand, want to know all I can about a place prior to going there, Having implants, I called and talked to the receptionist first. She told me to come in and talk to Dr. Umsted so he could see if he could help me. My initial thought about Dr. Umsted and his staff was they have made Mid South a patient friendly place. Everyone introduced themselves and let me know what their part was in helping me. Dr. Umsted told me he could help me, how much it would cost then said he could get started whenever I wanted him to do so. He answered my quesions withour rushing and didn't pressure me to spend unnecessary money. Today I went in for the finished product and could not have been more pleased.
