HORRIBLE. I am not an outspoken person. The mediator saw my weakness and Terri did NOTHING to stop him from bullying me into signing the papers. She didn't even read them before having me sign them. She let the other attorney call all the shots. She was supposed to be my voice in that room but she sat silently. She got me the most absurd deal I have ever heard of and scared me out of saying no or just going to court. She is NOT knowledgeable about the law and she WILL NOT stand up for you!! ...read more

We gave Barbara Hobock a $2500.00 retainer approximately 4 years ago for a case we expected to have to go to court on. We never ended up in court and, as far as I am aware of, she talked to me 2 or 3 times and nothing more. Now, I can't get a copy of my records including the bill. When I called her about another case she told me how much I had to bring in and told me that it was so long ago that I left the retainer she doesn't know what happened to it. ...read more
