I don't usually take the time to write a review on anything but I was so pleased with every part of my experience with mike and his crew I had to. They tried everything to get me some heat in my old unit. I knew it was time to replace my units but felt I could' afford to. But when I go my price on the package I was amazed at the total price. I didn't know Westinghouse even did furnace/ac units. In researching them I see they had the best warranty/efficiency and price. The entire staff at Kimbro Air was great to work with. Mike was able to help us out when our air conditioner completely crashed first thing on a Sunday morning. He even skipped church to help us with our problem. He is courteous, reliable, knowledgeable, and fast. He also charged us a great price for the work that he did whereas someone else would have been much higher. We cannot say enough great things about him and his business. Our appreciation for what he did cannot be put into words.
