Jamie WIlliams did an amazing job on my 2006 honda. we got hit in the back and pushed into the truck infront of us so we had front and rear damage.. He made our car look like new. and handled all the insurance for us.. Will only use Williams Collsion from now on.. ...read more

I took my 2009 Honda CRV to Williams' Body Shop on the recommendation of a mechanic. I called to make an appointment and was told that was not needed--just drop by. Jamie immediately greeted me and checked my dented back fender. I was soooo pleased he gave an estimate that was $489.00 less than Trickett Honda had given me a few hours earlier!!! I have to begin by saying how grateful I am to Jamie and the staff at Williams'. I had no idea people in the auto body repair business could be so fair and honest! And I consider myself an optimist. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule an appt. for obtaining an estimate on needed repairs. I was told to come on by anytime. By-the-way, that's after I called twice around 4:30 and no one answered. Before I know it, they're calling me with their apologies for missing my call and offering assistance! Upon arrival, I received attention immediately... no wait. Moreover, Jamie fixed my tailgate that wouldn't stay closed w/o the assistance of bungee cords! No charge, thank you very much!!! Then he assessed the headlight I needed for replaced, gave me a quote I could live with and he would have the part the next morning! So, 24 hrs later I'm driving my truck after her "makeover." It was a beautiful thing AND the price came in about $40 below the estimate. How sweet is that!!! ...read more
