Dr. Clement did not listen to me from the first appointment, but I had to use her services. It seemed she just wanted to get through my case. I do not believe she cared at all about my concerns, and I felt "brushed off." I did not feel she was trustworthy, and she was never consistent with what she recommended or said. I do not believe Dr. Clement has a good reputation within her professional community, and I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Dr. Clement's services under any circumstances. I wanted to bring my teenager in for counseling with Ms Sanders but wanted to make sure it was the right fit so I asked that Ms. Sanders call me back because the office would not verify that Ms. Sanders would be a good grief counselor for a teen. I was then told that she would not return my call personally since we had never been to her... I feel that this is totally off on what a counselor should do in taking on a patient.
