I have been using Lucky's (Mighty Tune) for years, and have NEVER had a problem with the owner, David, or his staff at any time. He will tell your beforehand what needs to be done to your car, and if you can't afford it at the time, he will give you a time frame to when it absolutely needs to be done. One thing that I really appreciate about Lucky's is that they don't try to take advantage of women. No bogus charges, no extra parts, and if he knows of a place that can do a repair cheaper-he will tell you. This guy is completely unprofessional! We aren't from Dickson, but our vehicle broke down in the area. He replaced and charged for things we did not want changed. When I called to ask him about the charges he literally started screaming at me, and then...HUNG UP the phone. He slammed it down so hard it made a crazy sound on the phone. I am literally STUNNED. Owner most DEFINITELY has a serious anger problem...if I had been there in person, who knows how scary he would have been. All I did was ask what the charges were and why, and he just WENT OFF!
