I do not recommend this company!! I have an old trailer and wanted a new unit. They came out and recommended a unit, but they didn't explain that because of the age of my trailer that the system would not keep the place heated/cooled properly. If they have been in business as long as they say, then they should have known and told me so I would not have wasted almost $4,000. When I call and talk to them, they explain that the unit is working to thhe proper standards but because my trailer is old and not insulated to today standards that the air goes through the roof and thin walls. Everytime its something different. If they had told me that this was a possibility up front, I wouldn't have purchased a new unit until I was able to build a new house or purchase a newer mobile home . I had called to have a maintenance done on my unit because the company I used to use kept moving my appointment all around. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician that came to our house was very nice and clean and did a great job. We later decided to replace our older unit with a new one and had Crossville heating and cooling install it. They were very professional. They did a great job! They were in and out so quick that we barely noticed they were there. The unit looks so nice and it is much quieter than our older one. I believe it also has the best warranty anyone else offers.
