We purchased a king mattress at Mattress Firm 2 years ago, paying almost $5,000.00. After less than 6 months my husband could not tolerate it any longer. For the first time in 42 years of marriage, we were sleeping in separate beds. I went to DentalCares as an emergency patient and was wowed from the moment I walked in the door. I walked in at 5:30pm expecting to be given an appointment back another time (I mean, who is open that late really) but the receptionist said "don't worry, just fill this paperwork out and I'll get the dr to see you right away". Turns out, she was the office manager and had the doctor and his assistant stay to see me (they're open until 7 but got done early and were getting ready to go home). Not once did they EVER make me feel bad for being there that late. Dr. Hennessy cared about me and my teeth and was more concerned about getting me out of pain than going home. Complete lack of customer service and professionalism. They are quick to take your money but it takes weeks to get a response out of someone. Informed by the property manager that he is too busy to return phone calls. The people I've dealt with have had major attitudes and act as though you are beneath them. My fiance and I found a ring a Walsons and were told by Kairm, the manager, that if we purchased with them and were not happy with the product or had a change of mind, we could get a full refund. I ordered a ring they had in the store and was on their website and was told it would be a "custom order" to "save me money". Before the ring was ever even in their possession, I informed them that we had changed our mind. Karim then was adamant that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee due to it being a "custom order" on an item that they never even got in the first place and forced me to sign a document stating that I wouldn't sue or he wouldn't return Any of my money. I have had ripped zippers, broken buttons, double lines in pants (creases) after pointing out please pay attention to creases still there and sometimes unfinished work such as cuffs at bottom of pants not pressed or slightly wrinkled shirts. I drove up to this place and it looked like it was falling down! My friend had a horse to board and was interested in lessons. When she visited she said the odor of dog and cat urine was overwhelming. She also did some research and discovered the woman who owns the place is a scammer I personally wouldn't even get out of my truck it was so filthy!
