I bought a groupon for haircut and partial highlights and when I called in to make an appt Lisa told me that I needed to pay additional for the highlights and kept asking for more money and when I stayed firm that I only wanted the services that I had paid for, she replied that “she couldn’t deal” and “couldn't do my hair” and hanged up. She was rude, loud and make me feel uncomfortable. I am still in shock…Unacceptable that a new customer is treated and talked to in this manner…Watch out ladies! ...read more

Lisa Flowers is an awful hairdresser!!! She cut my hair way to short and uneven even thought I had told her that I wanted to keep the length. She is rude and late in attending her appointments. Awful place. Pricey given the quality and the level of customer service. I will never go back! ...read more
