The staff is 60% of the problem in this crappy apartment community. They will lie to you to get you to sign a lease, but they do nothing to protect you and your belongings. Their "security" gates don't function for security. They just damage the cars that pass through them. Which the front office will not pay for...of course. You can sign a lease and it will be post dated to cost you $2000 6 months down the road. You will not be given a copy of the lease, b/c that is how they rip you off!! The apartments were built cheaply, therefore any current mold problems, bad repair work is covered up with paint. Which eventually peels off or sinks in to reveal the damage/mold within. Mold is in the air vents, ducts, underneath the paint...so you can smell it after a few weeks of living here. I'm telling you what the management won't tell you. Please use the crime mapper on memphis daily news online to confirm that there has been over 300 crimes in the past 2 years within a .5 mile radius!!!! ...read more
