Lisa Flowers is an awful hairdresser!!! She cut my hair way to short and uneven even thought I had told her that I wanted to keep the length. She is rude and late in attending her appointments. I bought a groupon for haircut and partial highlights and when I called in to make an appt Lisa told me that I needed to pay additional for the highlights and kept asking for more money and when I stayed firm that I only wanted the services that I had paid for, she replied that “she couldn’t deal” and “couldn't do my hair” and hanged up. She was rude, loud and make me feel uncomfortable. I am still in shock…Unacceptable that a new customer is treated and talked to in this manner…Watch out ladies! ...read more
