i wouldn't hesitate to go to this place. My daughter was having trouble with her car late at night and had to stop and stayover. The next morning I called to see if they could get her car in without an appointment. They were more then happy to help her out. They told me they couldn't get to it until 10 a.m. but around 9 a.m. they called me and told me what the problem was and was getting the parts to fix it. She should be on her way before noon. I can not tell you how much I appreciate this. They were very kind and polite when I was talking to them I would recommed this place in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much. We would NOT recommend. We left a part in the car for the mechanic and he said it was lost and he had to go get a new part which cause our vehaical to be on the property longer. When we picked up the car the ashtray was missing (it had coins) and to our disapointmen, a new tool box that was in the trunk of the car was also missing. The owner of the company stated he did not have insurance that covers him for theft and that he did not have insurance for his business. If you choose to leave your car there do so at your own risk and we learned the lesson, DO NOT leave any thing of value in your car when left with others but for sure Flower's Transmission. ...read more
