I have visited village tire twice in the last year. The first impression is a lasting one as they say, and I was greeted quickly by a man who reminded me of a grandfather I was close to and missed the last few years of his life while I was away in the Army. I only needed one tire, a trailer tire to be specific, and was treated like I was a customer no matter what. I was given the option of several different tires sizes and prices. Most places just sell you the ones they want you to buy. I was introduced to the mechanic that was going to take care of me and he made sure I was taking care of and put on my way quickly. Upon my second visit they remembered me after 6 months. I was treated great. they spent lots of time with my questions and placed an order for some custom wheels.
