The trash collectors arrived to pick up trash on Friday as usual. When I went out to put my trash can away I noticed I had trash and broken glass in my yard. The lawn on both sides of my driveway, my driveway and under one of my cars were littered with broken glass and trash. I phoned the office and explained what had occurred and I was told by their receptionist that someone will return my call. After 1 hour I called back and the receptionist switch me to one of their department in which the gentleman stated he would have someone at my place in 10 - 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I phoned the office again to learn from a recorded message that they were closed. Of course I can't leave my yard in that condition with my grandchildren and the children in the neighborhood playing and riding their bikes. This is how you treat your customers once you get their money. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will let everyone that I come in contact with know about your stellar service. ...read more
