they reall do not get a star i think this place sucks. they mistreat the elder and all they do is make excuses. my Father is 83yrs old and they did not get his glasses in a properly times and then was give the wrong script 3 times. To me this is negloect and abuse to the elderly. It took 2 months and my sister had to keep checking on them and no once did they call and let her know what was going on. I have call the district office 3 times and Janice Jones has not returned my call. I talked with Katie and all she said was we all make mistakes. My father is not only elderly but has alzheimer's, so do that is really abuse when he had to do without his glasses. I feel that they should have to have to take care of buying his glasses and not even think twice about it and stop makeing excuse for their incompentence. I wil be calling the newspaper, better bussiness bureau, I think this is abuse to the elderly, and neglectic to the elderly and to the handicap. Business should be closed. ...read more
