I was not impressed with the Tax Return services from this company. I had to repeatedly request that certain items be deducted from for my taxes and usually got a very slow (if any) response from company associates. I asked Jeff Proctor (partner) some follow-up questions via email and he took over 4 weeks to get back to me with an answer. He also did not know how to respond to some crop share questions for Form 479 and got back to me after another week and a half. He was rude, abrupt and seemed not to care if he kept my business or not! I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest to everyone else to do the same! ...read more
