I would just like to say I agree with Erica Tierney. The Fort Campbell Blvd. store has horrible customer service. We wanted to find out what our payout was they refused to give us that information. We complained about an employee trying to push past a 65 year old in a wheel chair when he came to our house and basically got told wasn't their problem. Asked for regional information and was refused that information as well. Was supposed to be paid up until the 1st and because they were very rude didn't sign the paper. Called to schedule a pick-up to bring business elsewhere. I will never deal with this company again, And they will wait until I have to time for them to come to my house as I am not rescheduling my life to appease them! They are nothing but rude and unprofessional and I encourage anyone who thinks about renting from them to go to a different company as they are extremely high priced as well. ...read more

I went to Audio One which is across from Fort Campbell, KY. I was treated with respect and I felt as if they were looking out for what I was looking for. The store was in good repair and they had many options for my needs. They even answered question that seemed silly to me, but they assured me that they were there to help me in anyway possible, and I felt they were genuine. If you need anything I would strongly suggest this place, Audio One is an awesome establisment and they have good credentials. They are a member of the BBB and have an A rating, they also won 'The Best of Clarksville' in 2010 for best car audio and whats really great it is owned and operated by a Veteran. They have a variety of accessories and offer many different options and ways to make your ride they way YOU want it to look and sound. Keep up the great work guys, thank you!!! ...read more
