Purchased pink HID lights for my truck, paid $350 parts and labor. Made 5 trips down there and still don't have working headlights on my truck, not even the stock lights. Claims there is no warranty on these lights and no way to get any money back. I took my headlight out to try and trace the problem discovered they actually broke my stock headlight. In my 5 trips down there and waiting around in the shop I learned exactly what type of people these are. Guy came in to purchase a cam shaft...he told Jim he was looking at another place online, but they couldn't get it to him quick enough. He asked Jim how long it would take him to get it, and the guy was waiting on a call from his dad to see about price. Jim replied "well, if I order it in the next 5 minutes I can have it here tomorrow". Huh, kinda convenient don't you think??? Then on another one of my grand visits there was a lady purchasing one of their small storage buildings, I guess she had been in and out a few times and couldn't make up her mind. She finally decided on one, but she needed to go to the bank to get the money. No sooner than she was out the door they were complaining about having to deal with her so long to make a sale. Very poor business ethics, customer satisfaction, attitude and respect for other people.
