Placed a large order and never received anything. Golden Mart uses a 3rd party company for their customer service and sales. They take your $ and refuse to answer or return phone calls afterwards. I placed a $131.00 order with this company and a few hours later received an email that the item is no longer available and perhaps I should look for something else. So, I did. I found something else for $79.94. A few days later, I check my bank account and Golden Mart, not only took out $ 79.94, but also debited $131.00 for the item they said was discontinued. When I called them they said they didn't know what I was talking about. However, when my bank got involved they promptly credited the money back. Now about the $79.94 order, Golden Mart generated a dummy UPS tracking number. This was confirmed by UPS who told me that Golden Mart only created a label, but a package was never scheduled for pick up by UPS. It has been a month now and I have still not received my $79.94 order from Golden Mart. Golden Mart customer service claims that I did receive my order, and sent me a bogus confirmation time and date from UPS. UPS documentation does not support their confirmation.
