They replaced pressure reducing valve with a defective part. Water puddle appeared on floor near water heater and pipes hummed. A 2nd plumber came and said new water heater needed for $2900 !! I later found a pipe that had been damaged by 1st plumber had caused the leak. I called a different plumbing company who did the needed work correctly since Action would not. I called Action for a refund 3 times, they talked cooperatively, but then stopped taking my calls. ...read more
