This place is terrible. Bugs Everywhere. The management is terrible at best. Most tenant are rude. Lots of illegal immigrants live in the parking lots in their vans. The area is just bad in general. The complex was recently detailed, with new paints, roof tiles, the works; but it doesn't matter. This place is not worth the money charged. The apartment had insect problem, and apartment sent the pest control company out two times, and still didn't fix the problem. Had a leaking kitchen faucet, and called office took about two weeks for them to replace it, because maintenance man came out and said we did not know how to turn off faucet. One week later we called again and they finally replaced it. Apartment is old and falling apart. ...read more
