I have a 530 that I absolutely love, the problem is I have to deal with BMW of Nashville because my car in still under warranty. They have scratched my tint, left fabric hanging out of one of the dash panels after a recall and naturally denied both. I've been brining my car there for 4 years and have corrected the spelling of my last name EVERY time I'm there. Still wrong. They've misdiagnosed my car on several occasions, their service dept is pathetic in regards to customer service, I'm not exaggerating when I say that their number 1 thru 10 priority is not the customer. I really want a 2013 X5 but after having another bad experience with the sales manager and sales associate just confirms to me that this place has an attitude that has spread throughout the dealership and it's not about the customer. ...read more

BMW of Nashville has horrendous service! Don't buy a car from them. We bought. 328i and had a light come on signaling the doors were open when they were not at 15,000 miles. Service rep was Michael Janca who was unprofessional and hateful. He never called me both times I drove 100 miles to the dealership to give me an update and complained he didn't get to take his lunch until later. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
