I agree with the previous comments. I recently went to purchase glasses and was completely ignored for 30 minutes; the store was not busy at the time. When the tall gentleman finally helped me, he looked very aloof, as if my presence was an irritation. I decided to take a closer look at him, and although he was wearing a suit, his shirt was dirty - as if it had been worn several times. The lady at the counter was not friendly either. \t\n\t\nNeedless to say, I decided to take my business elsewhere. My first experience at Costco at this location was horrible. Partially due to poor customer service and partially due to their policy. Try purchasing one of their king size bed mattress and loading and unloading the cart, rolling it through one of their isles, and loading on your trailer and securing, all by yourself! They did not want to help. It took 45 minutes to get help. As a woman they even made me roll my own cart to the front and secure on my trailer. Due to their policy, unlike any other retailer or store I have ever shopped, they are not allowed to help you secure it to get it home. I dont understand why they sale items this large at their warehouse locations if they can't help you get it home safely and don't deliver. Terrible customer service. As the first comment said, the young man at the front desk was rude and when he talks to you he intentionally looks at something else like he could care less about you and your glasses, your really annoying him by making him do his work and the overall environment and atmosphere is the same way! I can't believe that we are here excited to make purchasing glasses fun and the workers are creating a miserable experience overall for anyone who steps foot in the door. I watched and studied it. It was the same for everyone. I couldn't wait to get out of the place and I truly think everyone felt the same. The only reason they could possibly be happy is because they like there glasses.
