They repaired a chainsaw for me last fall (basically rehabbed my father's old saw) and it works great. I called yesterday because my mower quit running. They called me back to today and told me they were backed up about three weeks, and asked me a few questions about what my mower was (or wasn't) doing. Then offered some DIY suggestions to try "before wasting money on a repair bill." Mower is back to its old self. Underwood talked themselves out of my business this time, but they'll sure get it next time. ...read more
