Crappy company to deal with
If there were zero stars that would be my choice. Tinkham really is a poor company to deal with. You send emails and no one replies back. You call and leave a message and no one returns your phone call. They spam craigslist every Friday posting the same ads every week. Do yourself a favor and find another real estate company to deal with. Maybe after they see this they will start returning emails and phone calls.
