Mel was always responsive and very accommodating; he clearly cares about the job done right. He was also honest, as opposed to other service providers who seem to routinely try to inflate the price or the # of hours worked, because we live in newton. I really dont have any criticisms; Mel did what he said he was going to do and clearly cared about doing a good job for us!
