The Little Gym of Burke/West Springfield

I love the ambience here! For me it is well-suited for lifting weights and doing cardio exercises. If you are near here, better try their services.

My experience with this Little Gym is that we had an excellent instructor, "Mr. Mike" for my son's preschool class. The rest of the staff seem to rotate out pretty regularly and the woman who runs this Little Gym seems to be pretty unorganized. I had issues with billing when we signed up originally (we were charged twice) and also when we dis-enrolled (i still have not received my refund after 2 phone calls and an email yet I still am receiving coupons and class reminders!). We dis-enrolled from the second session because my son graduated to the bigger kids class where the kids go in without the parents and he just wasn't enjoying it. It is pretty expensive but classes are worth it if you get a good instructor like we did because the Little Gym chain does a lot of training and is consistent- this is not the first Little Gym we have been to and I have a friend who owns one in another state. However, I would not recommend this particular one based on my experience.
