DON'T USE!

Horrible customer service! Ever since Tony ( owner) went ill, the men he has working under him are extremely rude, cuss at you and are extremely pushy! DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!!! They will forget bouquets and add weird flowers that you did not want! They do not own up to their mistakes and when you call them to ask about missing bouquets, they say" Are you f**cking with me?" Seriously, what kind of way is that to talk to a customer?
These men are running Tony's business straight into the ground!

My Wedding Guests Raved Over our Decor from Garden Gate

They were willing to work with us to minimize costs, yet the final product was stunning - everyone was very impressed with the elegance and creativity of our tables and hall. It was $500 and was simply perfect. I would, and always do recommend this florist.

Disgusted

Totally disgusted with the follow through from this Florist. My flowers were not what I ordered, he even added SILK without my OK. The grooms boutinerre fell apart before we walked down the aisle. The girls flowers were wrapped in ribbon that was not even close to matching, and the reception decor was again silk and just re-used from another wedding that I had attended, for $75 a table, again I had never agreed to any Silk, and almost all was silk.
Unfortunately since I Never saw a contract, and he billed me at the last minute, and was impossible to set an appointment up with. The bill was close to $2,000 for a bunch of garbage I hated.
I did not get anything I ordered, and that is not OK, he never apologized, refused to do anything to compensate.
