Tampa Airport Taxi

I made an online reservation with this company two weeks in advance to ensure we had transportation to Tampa Airport for an early flight. It was written in my confirmation email that I'd receive a call the day before to verify pick up time, etc., so when I didn't receive a phone call I called THEM to confirm myself--probably should have been my first indication to call another company. The morning of our flight, I called the company when our cab hadn't shown up 10 minutes after our pick up time, dispatch informed me that our driver should have been "Troy" and that he would try to touch base with him. 10 minutes LATER, I was called back and told that Troy wasn't answering his phone and "must have overslept." We missed our flight, and consequently our connecting flight also. I left three messages asking for a phone call from management and have yet to receive one. The "service" I received was inexcusable and disappointing; so much so that this is the first review I've EVER written online. I hope my review encourages others to utilize a different of many companies available for airport transportation--at least if you need to make your flight.
