Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation

Spruce Manor doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I'm going to let it slide because they don't offer anything less than 1 star. There are several things wrong with this facility. First of all. It's dirty, and there are always stains in the dining room, at which I take my father in when I used to visit him. My father was sitting in his under wear full of urine for 4 hours before someone changed him. He has bed sores because Activities didn't ever do anything with him. Which he wasn't bedridden.
