I rush ordered a mother of the bride dress ( which I paid extra for a rush fee). I was told the dress would be in the store 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding. It arrived the Monday before the wedding. After I argued with the consultant about the size of the dress they order for me, the dress was ordered in the size the consultant decided on by her measurements?The dress very large and this is to get the alternation fee out of you...it was very stressful and the price is increased by over $130 by the time it is all said and done. the consultant told us which dresses we could get in time and we picked from that group and still there was a great deal of anxiety and rude phone conversations with the owner to get the dress . Even when the dress was in New York and already over a week late, the owner refused to pay to get the dress to me. Very poor customer service. My friend purchased a dress and when she came to pick it up it was sold to someone else...I would not recommend this place.
