I've tried Southern Roast a few times under the new ownership. The coffee was not very good and the lady who works there brings her children who answer the phone and run around and disturb the customers. It is a very unprofessional environment. Customers are treated very poorly. Definitely will not be returning!

I have not had a bad experience here. Service is good. Teens, when working, having always been pleasant. They also had great ice cream deals in the summer which was great for families. They have wireless internet too...although I never have used it, that is a nice touch. I especially like their Grasshopper Coffee Drink....very addictive.

The coffee wasn't very good. I felt that the owner was very unprofessional and rude to her employees and customers. Maybe it was a stressful day but still you don't treat people with disrespect!

I go to Southern Roast several times a week and work there in the mornings. They have an open wireless Internet router, great coffee, and friendly employees. Their muffins are the best around, too.
