Poor Service and turnaround
I worked with ShortPrinter two times and that will be it. They messed up my job and didn't come through on the turnaround in each case. I asked for compensation for these errors and non were made. I left both my conversation with the employee and the owner being made to feel as though their errors were my fault/problem.
